How quickly can you provide on-site service or repairs?
We prioritize quick response times. In most cases, a certified technician can be on-site and have your printer/copier fixed in under 4 hours. We know time is money, so we want to get you back up and working right away!
What if you can't fix my printer?
If we can't fix it in under 4 hours, we'll order the part you need and can even get another printer in your office to hold you over while we wait for the part to come in!
Do you offer printer leasing or purchase options?
Yes, we offer both. You can either purchase printers outright or choose from our flexible leasing plans that include maintenance, supplies, and upgrades — ideal for managing costs and keeping your equipment up to date.
